The Home Inspection report you will receive is a well written report as the result of many hours of detailed work from your inspector. At Red Brick Home Inspections we take great pride in offering our clients detailed and informative inspection reports, this process starts from when we first arrive at the home and is not complete until we submit to you the final report analysis.
The report may be delivered to you on the same day, but we do not guarantee "same day reports", as each home is unique and this depends on it's current condition along with what is discovered during the inspection process.
We always do additional checks and research back at the office before the report is compiled. We analyze the photos taken again and include essential information to make a thorough and informative report.

If a Home Inspector company promises "same day or onsite reports" this can often indicate that they have failed to analyse thoroughly the property being inspected. Don't settle for a quick report which could possibly be lacking important information.
