A thermal imaging camera is an excellent modern technology tool for revealing hidden problems or conditions that may be in areas not visible to the naked eye during a home inspection.
This may include conditions under floors, behind walls or problems hidden in the attic space. Conditions, such as moisture intrusion from a leaky toilet, poor insulation, and drafts around windows are common.
